Terms and Conditions

Scope of work

Every project is governed by a written scope confirmed before work begins. Final scope, timeline, and investment are agreed in that document; work outside it is quoted separately.

Revisions

Two structured revision rounds are included unless a custom proposal states otherwise.

Payments

Projects begin after the agreed advance. The remaining balance is payable before launch or handover, as set out in the project scope.

Client responsibilities

Timely feedback, content, brand assets, and access to domains or hosting where relevant. Delays in these extend the timeline without changing the scope.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the delivered website, its content, and design. MarketAlong may reference the project publicly only with written approval.

Third-party services

Hosting, domains, and third-party tools are contracted in the client's own accounts and governed by those providers' terms.

Liability

MarketAlong builds to professional standards but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the project.
